Photo Opp Film Lab Disclaimer: We take great care in processing your film, but there are several factors outside of our control that may result in blank or poor-quality images.
Common causes for blank or compromised film include (but not limited to): • Improper loading of film into the camera • Severe overexposure or underexposure • Camera malfunction • Failure to use a flash when shooting indoors • Opening the back of the camera before rewinding the film.
If your film comes out blank, we will refund the cost of any additional services beyond the initial processing fee. However, we are unable to provide refunds for film processing itself, as the aforementioned issues are not related to the development process. By using our services, you acknowledge that these risks are inherent in film photography and agree to these terms.
